The ideal project manager will run an environmental scan of the organization and field and then lead a team to accomplish goals in a finite time frame.
Jessie has extensive experience with managing projects focused on education, leadership, team building, staff hiring and retention, professional networking, fundraising (individuals, foundations, and grant applications and allocations), strategic planning, database design, board development, staff coaching, volunteer recruitment, and marketing (digital, print, photography, and videography).
Time management is Jessie's middle name(s). The two greatest challenges to completing a project are time constraints and resources. There is no such thing as too little time or too few resources. Jessie's goal is to help you identify attainable goals for you and/or your organization. Jessie is committed to 'lean project management' - we will reduce waste, including staff and volunteer time, as we work together to accomplish goals.
Jessie balances individual and team interests while focusing on initiating, planning, executing, and completing projects. Success is both qualitative and quantitative and Jessie will ensure that all team members are clear on individual responsibilities and the team goals before, during, and at the conclusion of a project.
Most importantly, individual and team successes will be celebrated.
